1. 6. Any retransfers of any nuclear material, non-nuclear material, equipment or technology subject to this Agreement outside the jurisdiction of the Parties shall only be made in the framework of the commitments undertaken by the Governments of individual Member States of the Community and the Republic of South Africa within the group of nuclear supplier countries known as the Nuclear Suppliers Group.
